Note that Alfred Hitchcock used the two taglines "The birds is coming!" and "The birds is here!" on several different types of advertising for this movie, no doubt because he thought it was funny that while it is technically grammatically correct when referring to the movie, they "sound wrong"! The poster has several pinholes along portions of the edges, but fortunately they all fall within the blank borders. It has small blank border loss at lower right and small separation in the lower vertical foldline edge. There are some faint smudges at upper center and upper right and there is a small scuff mark at lower left over "EVAN". Most of these minor defects affect only blank paper and after a simple linenbacking it would look fantastic, but certainly many collector's would be more than happy to display this great poster as is!
