An Original Vintage Linenbacked East German Opera Stage Play Poster (measures 31 1/2" x 44 3/4" [80 x 114 cm]) (Learn More)

Boris Godunov, the 1967 East German stage play production (of the opera by Modest Mussorgsky) which was held at the Staatsoper in Dresden, Germany. Note that this poster features art of the title character with orb and sword. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It had some light stains and small tears scattered down the left and right. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
