An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Mexican Movie Poster (measures 27 1/4" x 37" [69 x 94 cm]) (Learn More) Aventura En Rio (literally translates to "Adventure in Rio"), the 1953 Alberto Gout Mexican Rio de Janero Brazil crime melodrama thriller (about a woman married to a doctor, who develops amnesia when they travel to Brazil!) starring Ninon Sevilla, Victor Junco, Luis Aldas, Cesar del Campo, and Jorge Mondragon. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is a "country of origin" poster for this Mexican movie! Condition: poor to fair. The poster is in much lesser condition. There are several defects scattered along the edges and foldlines/crossfolds and there are several significant areas of foldline and/or crossfold separation. Many of the defects have been repaired with tape from the back that may bleed through to the front. This Mexican poster is EXTREMELY fragile. Mexican posters were printed on a paper stock that often ages very poorly, and also darkens. This poster has darkened somewhat and is more fragile along the foldlines (but of course, any talented restorer could linenback the poster, after which it would look great, but it might require fairly extensive restoration). Please do not bid on this poster unless you can accept how fragile it is, or are willing to pay to have it linenbacked. Learn More about condition grades
