Arno Mohr was a German Painter and Graphic artist (primarily associated with the German Democratic Republic/East Germany) from 1940s to the 2000s. Almost unknown in the west, his work was popular in East Germany, notably for his reductionist observational drawings of everyday life. He passed away in 2001 at the age of 90.
