It is water stained across the top border and there are water stains, tears, and areas of paper loss across the entire top border, but extremely fortunately, it only extends into the image in the top left corner of the image, in the background area. There are tears in the center of the bottom blank border and some minor creases across the bottom blank border. Other than the defects details above, the poster is in really nice condition (it was clearly never used and has a "crisp" feel to it, with a few extremely minor faint creases within the image). If I owned this great poster, I would certainly immediately have the best restorer linenback it, and repair the top and bottom borders, and after proper linenbacking, it will look incredible, and the only restoration will be in the borders (blank white area) and the tiny portion of the top left corner of the image (clearly visible in our image).
