a lot of 3 issues of Movie Weekly featuring silent movies. Movie Weekly, one of the earlier movie fan magazines sold to the public. It started publication in the early 1920s and was only around 30 pages long, and all were printed in sepia (including the cover in earlier years, but by 1925, they had gone to full-color covers). But the issues had really cool illustrated stories about current stars and directors, and no doubt this magazine paved the way for the later fan magazines with their full-color covers and huge page counts! Note that the items in this lot are from the 1920s.
