From the 1880s to 1909, it was known as Concert Parisien and was an important venue to perform in for the artists of that period. Felix Mayol was a French singer and entertainer who made his debut at Concert Parisien, and when he became rich and famous, he purchased and renamed the establishment. It became a music hall in 1914 and in 1934, it began to specialize in nude reviews. It closed in 1976 Artist: Rene Lefebvre Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tears and small areas of paper loss in the top of the right vertical foldline and in the right half of the top horizontal fold, with a lesser amount of wear on the other folds. It had tears and tiny paper loss in the top half of the right border, with a lesser amount of wear in the other borders. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking.
