Bundnis 90 die Grunen (literally translates to "Alliance 90/The Greens") is a German green political party founded as a merger of the German Green Party and the Alliance 90 in 1993. The party focuses on opposition to pollution, use of nuclear power, NATO military action, and certain aspects of industrialized society.

Important Added Info: Note that this poster is a parody on the radical revolutionary beginnings of German Greens in late 70s and early 80s with a Buddha-like Karl Marx on "cloud 7" and "Che Guevara scarf" around the neck of Hans-Christan Strobele (who had a remarkable career, starting as lawyer of terrorists Baader-Meinhof in 1970 RAF trials, then 20 years as MP for Greens in Parliament to being the most senior member of the Parliamentary Oversight Panel, which provides parliamentary oversight of Germany's intelligence services).
