Shoot the Works (released in England as "Thank Your Stars"), the 1934 Wesley Ruggles circus sideshow romantic musical comedy (based on the Broadway play by Ben Hecht and Gene Fowler; "All Youse Guys... and All Youse Gals... rally 'round these lads and lassies who know how to make the best laughs and music in the world!") starring Jack Oakie, Ben Bernie and His Band, Dorothy Dell, Arline Judge, Alison Skipworth, Roscoe Karns, William Frawley, and Ben Bernie's Band. Note that Dorothy Dell was a beautiful young actress who had appeared in three small roles prior to this movie, and she got her big break with a major role in this Fox musical, but tragically, she was killed in a car crash prior to the movie's release!
