Farrell MacDonald, and George Givot NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned one example of this herald! This is one of an excellent collection of 27 rare heralds from the late 1930s and early 1940s which was recently discovered. Many of them are ones we have either never auctioned before or only auctioned once or twice. The heralds were all printed in the U.S., but were mostly used in theaters in Egypt, so most have overprinting on the back for an Egyptian movie theater. Also, almost all of the heralds have either tiny circular holes scattered in the image (sometimes very few, sometimes more), and some of them have larger paper loss somewhere in the image. We strongly suggest you look closely at our images of the fronts and backs of these rare heralds before bidding on them, so you can see the location of the tiny circular holes or larger paper loss. Condition: fair to good. There are twelve tiny circular holes scattered in the herald. See above for more about the condition of this herald and please look at our super-sized images of both sides before bidding. Learn More about condition grades
