An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More)

Heebee Jeebees, the 1927 Robert A. McGowan & Robert F. McGowan silent Our Gang hypnosis juvenile comedy short (about a hypnotist called "Professor" who hypnotizes the Our Gang kids and causes them to act like many different animals at a high-society party!) starring Joe Cobb, Jean Darling, Allen 'Farina' Hoskins, Bobby 'Wheezer' Hutchins, Jay R. Smith, and Bobby Vernon (as the Professor). Note that the lobby cards have cool border art of Bobby Vernon with hypnotic rays coming out of his hands! Also, this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.

Important Added Info: Note that we have previously auctioned four lobby cards from this Our Gang comedy short (all 10 years ago), but we have never before auctioned THIS great card showing the kids being hypnotized! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: good to very good. The card has slightly darkened, more so around the edges, and it is somewhat fragile. There are some creases and small tears in the borders, with tiny paper loss in the bottom left blank corner. The top blank corners were detached at one time and someone performed slight restoration to those areas.
