Sylvan Simon New York City railroad train station crime mystery thriller ("SCREAMingly funny! SCREAMingly thrilling!"; "Based on the novel by Sue MacVeigh") starring Van Heflin (billed as "with the sensational new star Van Heflin"), Patricia Dane, Cecilia Parker, Virginia Grey, Samuel S. Hinds, Sam Levene, and Connie Gilchrist. Note that Van Heflin had appeared in a bunch of minor roles prior to this movie, but right before this movie, he appeared in Fred Zinnemann's first feature film, "Kid Glove Killer", where he was the star, and that got him REALLY noticed! This was his next movie, and he was billed as "the sensational new star"! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had small paper loss at the crossfolds and some separation, creases, and tiny bits of paper loss on parts of the folds, with a stamp on the back of the top right corner that bled through to the front in the blank border. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
