An Original Vintage Folded World War II Poster (measures 26" x 37" [66 x 94 cm]) (Learn More)

Vacation at Home, the 1945 U.S. World War II (WWII) Home Front poster ("Me travel? ...not this summer. Vacation at home") encouraging citizens to stay home and thereby not use gas which could instead be used for the war effort. Note that this poster features Albert Dorne artwork of a man relaxing at home with his dog while enjoying a cool breeze and lemonade.

Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: very good. The poster was folded with two vertical folds at left and right and there is some minor separation and small paper loss in a few of the crossfolds. There is some fold and border wear, but otherwise the poster is in pretty nice condition!
