He was one of the most popular leading men from the mid-1940s through the 1960s, and he continued to make memorable movies. Some of his movie roles include: To Kill A Mockingbird (winner of the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), Cape Fear, 12 O'Clock High (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), Roman Holiday, The Guns of Navarone, The Omen, The Boys from Brazil, Gentleman's Agreement (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), The Yearling (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), The Keys Of The Kingdom (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), and scores of others! Note that the items in this lot are from the 1950s to the 1960s.
