Some of his roles include: TV's "The Steve Allen Show", TV's "To Tell The Truth", and TV's "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson". He passed away in 2005 at the age of 79. Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION still has been personally autographed (signed) by Johnny Carson! A man named "Ted Casey" sent this photo together with a return envelope to Mr. Carson, who sent it back in that envelope, inscribed "To Ted". Ted wrote the date he received it back on the back of the envelope and it is postmarked 1/2/96. The winner of the auction will also receive the return envelope. Our consignor is a longtime dealer who acquired this signed item among many other purchases in his inventory, and he does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we believe the signature to likely be authentic. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction.
