Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Swedish Movie Poster (measures 27" x 38 3/4") (Learn More) Maskerade (literally translates to "Masquerade"), the 1934 Willi Forst Austrian romantic comedy starring Paula Wessely, Anton Walbrook (billed under his real name "Adolf Wohlbruck"), Olga Tschechowa, Hans Moser, and Walter Janssen. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Also note that Anton Walbrook was an Austrian actor from the 1910s to the 1950s. His birth name was Adolf Anton Wilhelm Wohlbruck, and he appeared in many 1930s German movies, billed as "Adolf Wohlbruck" (including in this German movie), but he fled Nazi Germany in 1937 and settled in England, where he understandably changed his name! Condition: fair. There is paper loss in the bottom corners. There is a 10" tear in the middle of the black top hat at the top of the poster.
