An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 23 3/4" x 36 1/4" [60 x 92 cm]) (Learn More) Flesh Factory, the 1970 Artie Mitchell sexploitation movie ("Assembly line sex") starring Debra Allen (billed as "Monica Small"), Nancy Stacy, George S. McDonald, Jeff Townsend, and Sunny Waters If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that we have previously auctioned two examples of a different poster from this movie. They measured almost the same as this poster, but they had a completely different image from this poster. We don't know if that poster predates or postdates this poster, but we do know that THIS poster is incredibly rare, and that we have never auctioned it before (see below for more on the origin of this poster). Note that this poster has a VERY interesting origin! It comes directly from the Mitchell Brothers Theatre in San Francisco. One of the brothers had a fine art collection and it was sold to a dealer, and in that collection were some of the posters from their own movies, and that dealer had these posters for many years and recently came across them and consigned them to eMoviePoster.com. We auctioned most of those posters in previous auctions, except for two additional posters, which we are auctioning in this set of auctions (this one, and one other, from "Happy Days", in separate auctions). These posters are FAR more rare than other posters from sexploitation movies, because they did not have the same national distribution. Note that this one-sheet measures 23 3/4" x 36 1/4" [60 x 92 cm], but it has not been trimmed. What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster was hand folded across the middle and down the center, at a slight diagonal. It had some creases and scuffs along the folds. It had uneven borders, so it is possible it was trimmed, or it could have been created this size (we don't know because we have never seen another example). There was a pinhole in each corner. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well! Learn More about condition grades
