An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 8" x 9 3/4" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Rick Baker is a special effects and make-up artist from the 1970s to the present. Some of the movies he did the special effects for include: An American Werewolf in London, The Wolfman, Hellboy, Planet of the Apes, King Kong ('76), It's Alive, and Star Wars. Baker has won seven Oscars for his makeup and special effects! As of 2021, Baker is still alive at the age of 70! Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Rick Baker! Also note that this still measures 8" x 9 3/4" [20 x 25 cm], but it has not been trimmed. Note that this is one of many items that was consigned to us by legendary Tarzan collector Phil Petras. Mr. Petras was one of the greatest Tarzan fans ever, and he became good friends with several of the actors who played Tarzan, and over many decades, starting in the 1970s, he would meet with actors and actresses who had appeared in Tarzan movies, sometimes on the sets of films, and sometimes at fan gatherings. Prior to his recent passing, he consigned most of his collection to us, and we are currently auctioning many of his autographed items, sometimes from actors who played Tarzan or Jane, and sometimes from actors who appeared in one or more Tarzan movies (but the items we are auctioning may or may not be from their Tarzan films). Mr. Petras naturally did not have "certificates of authenticity", but we feel certain that the autograph on this item, and every other item we are currently auctioning from his collection, is surely authentic! As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction.
