Sail to high adventure with 'The Robin Hood of the Sea'!"; set in the time of the war between England and Spain, and the English navy has had no success against the Spanish armada, and in desperation, Queen Elizabeth hires a buccaneer to see what he can do, and of course, he has much success!) starring Errol Flynn, Brenda Marshall, Claude Rains, Donald Crisp, Flora Robson (as Queen Elizabeth I), Alan Hale Sr., and Henry Daniell NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this is a "color-glos" still. This was a special kind of color printing that the studios experimented with in the late 1930s and 1940s. It has a different effect than regular color printing, and color-glos stills were made in both an 8x10 and 11x14 format, primarily only for major releases. They are far more rare than regular color or black & white stills! Note also that this still has been trimmed and it now measures 8" x 9 3/4" [20 x 25 cm]. Condition: good.
