To-day Buy That Liberty Bond, the 1917 U.S. World War I (WWI) War Bonds poster encouraging citizens to contribute to the war effort by purchasing liberty bonds, and featuring art of the sun peeking over some hills

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.

Condition: good. There is paper loss in the middle of the right border, slightly extending into the background. There is a 3" tear above it that was repaired with a piece of tape from the back. The top right corner was separated and there is tape on the back of that area. There is tiny paper loss in the top of the left blank border and some creases scattered throughout the poster.
