Follow the Flag for Freedom, the circa 1918 U.S. World War I (WWI) military recruitment poster ("The Navy Strikes Now"; "Your choice, Naval reserve, Coast Guard or Navy") featuring James Daugherty art of Columbia (an early symbol of America) holding a sword with a against a background of a ship firing its guns with the U.S. flag at upper right and a sailor holding an artillery shell at lower right.
