A 1948 Re-release Vintage Theatrical Folded Insert Movie Poster (measures 13 1/2" x 35 1/2") (Learn More) Son of Dracula, the 1943 Robert Siodmak Universal vampire monster horror thriller sequel ("Red Lips Thirsting!"; "Pale Hands Caressing!"; in this sequel, the Count travels from Budapest to the Deep South of the U.S.!; this is the first Dracula movie that shows him transforming into a bat on screen) starring Louise Allbritton, Robert Paige, Evelyn Ankers, Frank Craven, J. Edward Bromberg, Samuel S. Hinds, Adeline De Walt Reynolds, Pat Moriarty, and Lon Chaney Jr. (in the title role as Count Dracula; he is credited on some posters as "Lon Chaney as Count Dracula", though his actual character name in this film is "Count Alucard", which of course is "Dracula" spelled backwards!) Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Also note that this insert measures 13 1/2" x 35 1/2". Condition: good. approximately 1/4" of blank white paper has been very neatly trimmed from each of the blank borders (the poster now measures 13 1/2" x 35 1/4"); tiny surface paper loss across the bottom foldline; a 1 1/2" tear with surface paper loss at the end of it in the lower part of the left foldline; small tears, creases, and pinholes around the edges of the poster; other than the above relatively minor defects, the poster is in pretty nice condition!
