When Mr. Chicken Hunts a Ghost in a Howling House of Horrors!"; "Meet the world's B-B-Bravest Coward!!!"; "Even the bats in the belfry take off when this haunted organ swings!"; "Mr. Chicken discovers that a ghost with shears can be a real cut-up!"; "Karate vs. a killer! Ooops! It's only dummy vs. dummy!") starring Don Knotts, Joan Staley, Liam Redmond, Dick Sargent, and Skip Homeier NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had a 2" x 7" oval-shaped area of paper loss at the top left crossfold, in the background area to the left of Knotts' hat, and extending into his hat and his eye, cheek, and forehead, plus part of his nose. There were small areas of paper loss on some other crossfolds and some creases, tears, and areas of paper loss on parts of some foldlines. Overall, the poster was in fair condition prior to linenbacking (because of the paper loss in the left of Knotts' face and to the left of that). The poster was pretty well backed, and the restorer did a pretty decent job of painting over many of the stains, tears, and areas of paper loss scattered on some foldlines, but the poster HAS had major restoration (including in the large replaced area described above), and you can see signs of the restoration that was done, even from a distance. PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS POSTER UNLESS YOU CAN ACCEPT THE SIGNIFICANT RESTORATION IT HAS HAD! Learn More about condition grades
