Not only that, but the only other Australian poster from a 1930s Walt Disney Silly Symphony cartoon that we have auctioned was one from "Mother Goose Goes Hollywood", and no others! Note that it is very difficult to precisely date Australian Walt Disney posters. Since this poster measures the size of "long" Australian daybills, we know it is certainly from 1940 or earlier, and it seems extremely likely that it is from 1937, when this cartoon was first released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about exactly when this poster was released, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
