The poster has tiny pinholes in the corners. It has some tiny tears and slight darkening in the left of the top border. It has a partial extra vertical fold between the top and bottom crossfolds, likely caused when the poster was machine-folded. It has the tiniest paper loss in the bottom crossfold and none at the other two crossfolds. It has some faint smudges and creases scattered on parts of the folds with a few faint smudges around the edges. It has a tiny pair of staple holes in the white background to the right of Hepburn's arm that has tiny pieces of paper taped to the back of it and there are two other tiny pairs of staple holes in the bottom center, one in the "E" of "BREAKFAST" and those two tiny pairs of staple holes also have tiny paper taped to the back.
