An Undated (probably 2000s) Re-Release Theatrical Folded Lebanese Movie Poster (measures 77" x 128 1/4" [196 x 326 cm]) (Learn More) La Montagna del dio Cannibale (released in the U.S. in 1979 as "Slave of the Cannibal God" and "The Mountain of the Cannibal God" and in the U.K. as "Prisoner of the Cannibal God"), the 1978 Sergio Martino Italian New Guinea jungle horror thriller ("Their cult was death... Their lust was for blood!"; "When the price of lust is death..!"; "Filmed in the savage and unexplored jungles of New Guinea!") starring Stacy Keach, Ursula Andress, Claudio Cassinelli, Antonio Marsina, and Franco Fantasia NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Zeineddine Important Added Info: Note that in the past two years, we at eMoviePoster.com were consigned recent Egyptian posters that were used at an Egyptian movie theater showing classic movies. We were told that these showings occurred starting around 20 years ago, and that they continued to the present day. Some of those posters appeared to be 10 or more years old, but others seemed to be from the last couple of years. In April 2021, we were consigned some hand painted billboard sized Lebanese posters that apparently hung on the walls at similar Lebanese showings! Each of those measured around 6 feet by 12 feet, and each was a one of a kind poster, painted by a specific Lebanese artist, "Zeineddine"! Since that time, we have auctioned a total of 20 of these hand painted billboard posters. Now we have been consigned 6 more of these hand painted "billboard" Lebanese posters, and we are auctioning them in 6 separate auctions. The above is all the information we have about this poster, so please do not bid unless you can accept these uncertainties as to exactly when it was created and how it was used. Note that this Lebanese poster was printed in 10 sections designed to overlap. Also note that the theater that used this poster glued the pieces together before putting them on display (this is typical of many actual theater-used posters in multiple pieces). Finally, note that this item contains some nudity, so we have placed a white bar over those areas for those who are bothered by such images. Of course, the actual item does not have the white bars. Condition: good to very good. Learn More about condition grades
