Several of Eggleston's works were used to illustrate magazines in the 1930s! Some of his works include: Paradise of Peter Pan, Lady of Mystery, The Proposal, and Queen of the Waves. He passed away in 1941 at the age of 59. Artist: Edward Eggleston Important Added Info: Note that this is a calendar sample of a calendar made by The Thomas D. Murphy Co. of Red Oak, Iowa ("The birthplace of art calendars"). This calendar was called "Paradise of Peter Pan". This particular calendar sample had the entire 1934 yearly calendar printed on it and a calendar page for January 1934 was glued over that in each corner. That page was ripped in the bottom corners because someone wanted to see what was underneath it. Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: very good.
