An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded One-Sheet Movie Poster (27 3/8" x 38 5/8") (Learn More) Secretary, the 2002 Steven Shainberg bizarre dominant-submissive romantic comedy ("Assume the position."; "The story of a demanding boss and the woman who loves his demands."; "Based on the story 'Secretary' by Mary Gatskill"; which rapidly gained a major cult following) starring James Spader, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Jeremy Davies, Patrick Bauchau, Stephen McHattie, and Lesley Ann Warren NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster is printed on a much heavier than normal paper stock (this was likely done because this movie initially played solely in very limited engagements). Also note that this poster was never machine folded. Most movie posters from before 1980 were machine folded immediately after printing. After 1980, it quickly became standard for posters to never be folded, and were shipped to theaters rolled in tubes. But this made it far more likely for posters to pick up minor (or major) defects, and it can be difficult to find an unfolded poster from the 1980s in excellent condition. Finally, note that this one-sheet measures 27 3/8" x 38 5/8". Please do not bid on this poster thinking it is 27" x 40". Condition: fine. There is a tiny 1/4" tear in the middle of the bottom border that is barely noticeable. There are the most minor of creases around the edges of the poster. The poster is in really nice condition!
