Some of his movies include: Lady for a Day (nominated for the Best Director Academy Award for this film), It's a Wonderful Life, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, It Happened One Night (winner of the Best Director Academy Award for this film), Arsenic and Old Lace, Mr. Deeds Goes To Town (winner of the Best Director Academy Award for this film), Lost Horizon, You Can't Take It with You, and Meet John Doe.
