Junior Prom, the 1946 Arthur Dreifuss musical rock & roll (rock and roll) teen comedy starring The Teen Agers (including Freddie Stewart, June Preisser, Judy Clark, Warren Mills, and Frankie Darro), Noel Neill, Jackie Moran, Abe Lyman & Orchestra, Eddie Heywood & Orchestra, and Harry "(The Hipster)" Gibson (a black African American boogie woogie singer, Gibson pre-dated Elvis by 20 years, with a wild singing style, and he played the piano too; his songs were banned and he never achieved major fame, and this was his only movie, although he has a cult status today)
