Killers in the shadows! Everybody in hysterics!"; "The most mirthful murder mystery in years!"; "Murder in Greenwich Village! Who drowned the man in Nancy's bathtub?"; "Quake with a new kind of thrill! Shake with a new kind of laughter!"; "Dust brings love! Midnight brings murder! Morning brings cops!"; "Something new in mirth, murder and mystery!") starring Loretta Young, Brian Aherne, Jeff Donnell (billed as "[Miss] Jeff Donnell"), William Wright, Sidney Toler, Gale Sondergaard, and Blanche Yurka NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster was printed on the back of an old map! During World War II in Belgium, there was a massive paper shortage, and so they used whatever paper they could find to print the movie posters, and in many cases they used old maps, and printed the movie posters on the reverse. They often also made the posters smaller, so they could get more posters printed. This practice continued for a couple of years after World War II. Since these posters are original, and since all such posters are printed on the back of maps or other posters, this is not considered a defect by almost all collectors. Condition: very good. There are remnants of a snipe in the blank area at top as well as a few creases throughout the poster from it being oddly folded at one time. Learn More about condition grades
