Artist: Joseph Smith Important Added Info: Note that we are also currently auctioning a style A half-sheet in a separate auction. Also note that this poster has never been machine folded! Some pre-1970 half-sheet posters were machine folded twice horizontally at the poster exchange, while some were not. It can be difficult to find an unfolded example of many pre-1970 half-sheet posters (note that most post-1970 half-sheets were NOT machine folded, so they are pretty much only found unfolded, and therefore this does not apply to those half-sheets). Condition: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It has small paper loss at upper left and some tape stains around the edges (the original tape was not used for any restoration purpose). There is a red ink pad stamp at lower right (with a 1964 re-release NSS number but this poster is from the first release of the movie in 956). It has a few faint dot stains at lower left in the credits, and a few minor scuff marks around the edges of the image area. It is otherwise in pretty nice condition and after paperbacking to address some of the edge defects the poster would look great, but it can certainly display pretty nicely as is!
