An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Winchester '73, the classic 1950 Anthony Mann revenge cowboy western ("The Gun that Won the West"; about a man who wins a very special repeating rifle in a shooting contest, only to have it stolen from him, and his quest to regain ownership of it, and the many hands that it passes through) starring James Stewart (Jimmy Stewart), Shelley Winters, Dan Duryea, Stephen McNally, Millard Mitchell, Charles Drake, John McIntire, Will Geer (as Wyatt Earp), Jay C. Flippen, Rock Hudson (in a small role as a Native American Indian), Tony Curtis (in a small role as a young soldier; billed as "Anthony Curtis"), and Steve Brodie NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: fair to good. The poster is in much lesser condition. It has slightly darkened and it has several defects scattered along the edges and foldlines/crossfolds and there are several significant areas of foldline and/or crossfold separation. Many of the defects have been repaired with tape from the back that may bleed through to the front in some areas. There are creases scattered throughout. It is otherwise mostly "all there" and after proper restoration the poster will display well, but bear in mind the poster's condition and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
