Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) T-Bone Handicap, a 1928 short that was one of the series of FBO featurettes based on the Barney Google newspaper cartoon comic strip. Note that these shorts were live action movies, where real people played the cartoon characters. A few years later animated cartoons were made based on the Barney Google comic strip. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: good to very good. The poster is linenbacked; prior to restoration the poster had many smudges throughout the image (more so around the borders and on the foldlines), many creases along the foldlines, small holes at the crossfolds, and pinholes and smudges in the borders; the person who mounted the poster pretty much just mounted it "as is" without doing any real restoration; the smudges and other defects are not very distracting and I would imagine that many collectors could enjoy displaying this poster on their wall, I know that any talented restorer could re-linenback this poster and make it look wonderful!
