Important Added Info: The animation cel has been placed into a triple mat (but the mat can be opened so you can see the cel and the printed background behind it). Note that this item comes with a "certificate of authenticity" from Warner Bros., and there is an embossed seal from Warner Bros. in the bottom right (which was added in 1995).
