Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Double-Sided Advance One-Sheet Movie Poster (27" x 41") (Learn More) Mo' Better Blues, the 1990 Spike Lee black African American music melodrama ("A Spike Lee joint") starring Denzel Washington, Spike Lee, Wesley Snipes, Giancarlo Esposito, Robin Harris, Joie Lee, Bill Nunn, John Turturro, Dick Anthony Williams, and Cynda Williams (billed as "introducing Cynda Williams") NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is a rare advance one-sheet (note the "Coming Soon" at the bottom of the poster). Also note that this is a double-sided one-sheet. In the 1990s movie posters were sometimes made in double-sided versions (for use in light boxes). If we do not note that a poster is double-sided (as this is), then it is single-sided. Note that the image on the reverse is a mirror image of the image on the front! Condition: very good. Note that this poster has never been folded! Most studios stopped folding posters somewhere around 1980, for a while offering theaters their choice of folded or unfolded posters. But please be aware that this poster was actually used in a theater, so it almost surely has light creases caused by rolling and unrolling the poster. If you are very condition conscious, then you should not bid on this poster, as it is sure to have at least some minor imperfections (we have given a brief description of the poster's defects in our condition grading above).
