Maisie Gets Her Man, the 1942 Roy Del Ruth romantic comedy ("Roar with Red Skelton in the funniest Maisie hit of all!"; "Original story by Betty Reinhardt and Ethel Hill"; the sixth in the popular Maisie Ravier series) starring Ann Sothern (in the title role as Maisie Ravier), Red Skelton ("I Dood It!"), Leo Gorcey (in a rare non-Bowery Boys/Dead End Kids role!), Allen Jenkins, Donald Meek, Lloyd Corrigan, Walter Catlett, and Fritz Feld. Note that Red Skelton's image on the advertising for this movie has his trademark phrase "I DOOD IT!" next to his mouth!
