All of the band members (Johnny, Joey, and Tommy) adopted pseudonyms ending with the surname "Ramone", although none of them were related. They are often cited as the first punk rock group and despite achieving only limited commercial success, the band was a major influence on the punk rock movement in both the United States and the United Kingdom. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2002. Note that The Ramones were HUGE fans of E.C. horror comics of the 1950s! If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that there are many fake rock 'n' roll posters circulating throughout collectible hobbies. Our consignor purchased this window card directly from the drummer from Meyce (the band that was the undercard at this show), so it is certainly a genuine window card from that 1977 show! Condition: good to very good. There are many creases scattered in the top 6" of the card and some diagonal creases across the middle of the card. There are a few other creases scattered throughout the card. None of the creases are all that distracting, and otherwise, the card is in pretty nice condition!
