An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded British Quad Movie Poster (BQ; Quad Crown; measures approximately 30" x 40") (Learn More) Attack of the Fifty Foot Woman, the 1958 Nathan Juran (billed as "Nathan Hertz") science fiction (sci-fi) giant female monster horror thriller starring Allison Hayes (in the title role as the 50 foot woman), William Hudson, Yvette Vickers, Roy Gordon, George Douglas, and Otto Waldis. Note that the posters for this movie have wonderful Reynold Brown artwork of a giant scantily clad woman standing over a highway, and it is rightly regarded as one of the finest poster images of the 1950s. One wishes one could say the same about the movie itself, but alas, that is not true! But the poster for this movie is surely one of the most memorable ever created! Important Added Info: Note that this British quad was folded vertically three times and horizontally three times (this being folded one time more than is sometimes done, but it is quite common with British quads, especially older ones). Because of this, this quad can be sent in one of our standard size flat packages (but if it is purchased together with quads that have not been folded in the same way, then it will of course have to be sent in one of our tubes if the other quads are unfolded, or, if it is purchased with other quads that are only folded once horizontally than it can either be sent in an oversized flat package, OR in a tube). But if this quad is purchased by itself (or solely with other quads that have been folded the same way), then the shipping can be lower, because it then fits in a standard package. But please realize that because this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time it is likely that the creases have diminished and therefore re-folding the poster will likely bring some of those creases back, but we leave that decision as to whether or not to re-fold the poster up to the individual buyer of this item.
