An Original Vintage One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh) (Learn More) Hour of the Gun, the 1967 John Sturges outlaw cowboy western ("Wyatt Earp - Hero with a badge or cold-blooded killer? He lived through the gunfight at the O.K. Corral... That may have been a mistake!"; "Written by Edward Anhalt") starring James Garner ("as Wyatt Earp"), Jason Robards Jr. ("as Doc Holliday"), Robert Ryan ("as Ike Clanton"), Albert Salmi, Charles Aidman, Steve Ihnat, Michael Tolan, and John Voight. Note that director John Sturges had earlier made a classic movie on this same subject, "Gunfight at the O.K. Corral". The production studio for this movie, United Artists, did not want people to possibly think this was simply a re-make of that movie, so they insisted that Sturges cast entirely different actors in this movie, to avoid any confusion between the two movies.
