Bowery Boy, the 1940 William Morgan New York City doctor-in-the-slums-tries-to-improve-conditions-in-general-and-help-a-tough-kid-go-straight melodrama (written by Samuel Fuller) starring Dennis O'Keefe, Louise Campbell, James 'Jimmy' Lydon (in the title role as the "Bowery Boy"; in one of his early starring roles before striking gold in the "Henry Aldrich" series), Helen Vinson, Roger Pryor, Paul Hurst, Edward Gargan, and Ormond Lydon (star Jimmy Lydon's younger brother, who plays his younger brother in the movie)

Important Added Info: Glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline).
