Badger pre-Code romantic marriage comedy ("Based on the novel by Geoffrey Barnes"; about a couple who have marital problems, and they agree to have a "modern" marriage, where they can both go out with other people, but of course, that works out terribly) starring Dorothy Mackaill, Donald Cook, James Rennie, Dorothy Peterson, and Joe Donahue. Note that this movie was made at the time when the term "modern marriage" had come into existence, which is similar to today's "open relationship".
