Beau Hunks, the 1931 James W. Horne military French Foreign Legion screwball comedy ("Get in step with fun!"; produced by Hal Roach; obviously a spoof of "Beau Geste") starring Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy (Laurel and Hardy), James W. Horne, Charles Middleton, Broderick O'Farrell, and Harry Schultz

Important Added Info: Note that first release lobby cards from this Laurel and Hardy movie are incredibly rare! We have only previously auctioned two first release lobby card from this movie (which sold for $447 and $386) until we were consigned this third card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: good. The entire card has darkened somewhat. It has tack holes, smudges, and small stains around the edges. There are a very few tiny stains scattered in the image, and none in the people's faces. This is the sort of card that responds really well to professional restoration. It is likely that much or all of the smudges and stains can be removed through chemical means, and of course, most of the pinholes are in the blank borders, and after proper restoration, the card will display well. Please look closely at our images of the front and back of this card before bidding. Note that this card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
