Neemt Dienst Bij... De Motor WA (literally translates to "Take Part in the Service... The Motor WA"), the 1940s Dutch World War II (WWII) poster created by a Nazi Germany-allied organization encouraging people to join the Motor WA. The Weerbaarheidsafdeling (typically called WA) was the paramilitary arm of the National Socialist Movement in the Netherlands (NSB), the fascist political party that collaborated with the German occupiers. Members wore and marched in black uniforms and were thus called "blackshirts". During the war, they specialized in violent attacks, particularly on the Dutch Jewish population.
