La Battaglia di El Alamein (released in English-speaking countries as "The Battle of El Alamein"), the 1969 Giorgio Ferroni (billed as "Calvin Jackson Padget") Italian/French World War II (WWII) military action adventure thriller (set in North Africa) starring Michael Rennie (as Montgomery), Robert Hossein (as Field Marshal Erwin Rommel), Enrico Maria Salerno, Frederick Stafford, and George Hilton. Note that, when this movie was released in English-speaking countries, Michael Rennie was given top billing, but when it was released in European countries, he was billed third or not billed at all!
