Captain America, the 1990 Albert Pyun comic book superhero action adventure thriller (based on the Marvel comic book character created by Joe Simon & Jack Kirby) starring Matt Salinger (in the title role as Captain America/Steve Rogers), Ronny Cox, Ned Beatty, Darren McGavin, Michael Nouri, Kim Gillingham, Melinda Dillon, and Bill Mumy. Note that this film was originally to be release theatrically, but instead it went straight to video and cable making U.S. theatrical teasers very rare!
