Complete Set of 8 Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Cards (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More) Diamond Queen, the 1953 John Brahm romantic India action adventure thriller ("At the savage end of a thousand-mile safari... The 'Coronation Gem' and the Kiss-Starved Love-Jewel of the Jungle!"; "All in thrilling color!"; "When a king's coronation had to wait for the love-jewel of a jungle beauty!") starring Fernando Lamas, Arlene Dahl, Gilbert Roland, Sheldon Leonard, Jay Novello, and Michael Ansara. Note that right before this movie was made, Fernando Lamas and Arlene Dahl were both very recently divorced (both a matter or weeks before the filming of this movie started). They co-starred in this movie, and then the following year they married each other! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: very good. (except card #8, see below). There is a Canadian censor stamp in each card (see below). Each card has some creasing, pinholes, and smaller tears in the borders (slightly extending into the image). Card #8 (man kissing woman on bed) is in. There is a Canadian censor stamp in an unobtrusive part of the image. Note that it is extremely time-consuming to individually describe the condition of each lobby card in a set of eight. Because of the large number of sets we sell, we will only note more significant defects in each individual card. We will NOT note every tiny border tear, stain, or pinhole. We provide an overview of the general condition of the cards above.
