Exscentric Tamarin, the circa 1930s Azerbaijani stage poster promoting a musical, dance and comedy performance. Note that this poster features wild art of a violinist, a ballerina, and wacky comedians. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Important Added Info: Note that we have never before auctioned this poster! Also note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Note that this poster is one of a collection of 36 similar posters that we were consigned (and are currently auctioning in 36 separate auctions). They include Russian, Uzbek, Ukranian, and Latvian posters, and some of them are movie posters, and others are circus posters, with a few other kinds of posters. All of these posters are incredibly rare, and on the vast majority of them, we have never auctioned them before, and it may be many years before we auction any of them again. This is a rare opportunity to purchase one or more of these posters, all of which have very striking images!

Condition: good to very good. The poster has creases in the bottom left, entering the first letter of the title. There are some small tears around the edges, and someone put some tape on the back of some, and also on the back of separation at the right end of the horizontal fold.
