Adventure!"; "Come early..."; "Don't miss one minute!") featuring art of a big top circus clown playing a drum and marching with several people in costume including Rita Hayworth, Gene Autry, and several others! While the poster doesn't say it, this would surely be for an ad for Saturday matinees, and it might be from the very early days of them.
