Francais Francaises, the 1958 French political poster encouraging people to vote for the Parti Communiste Francais. The French Communist Party (Parti Communiste Francais or PCF) is a communist party in France that was founded in 1920. Although its electoral support has declined in recent decades, the PCF retains a strong influence in French politics, especially at the local level.
